The Executive Career Accelerator Guarantee

I am so confident in the power of the Executive Career Accelerator™ (ECA) that I offer you a results-based guarantee. If you show up, do the work, and don’t get results — you get your money back. It’s that simple.

The Promise

If you complete the program and follow all outlined steps, yet do not get contacted by a headhunter, receive an invitation to interview for a new and desirable leadership position, or initiate a career-related conversation with a relevant decision-maker, we’ll refund 100% of your investment.

A “new and desirable leadership position” means a role that is:
- At the same or higher level than your most recent role.
- Aligned with your defined career goals (as stated in Module 0.2).
- Within your accepted geography, salary range, or strategic direction.

A “relevant decision-maker” is defined as a person with hiring authority or strong internal influence at your target level — such as a CEO, CMO, CFO, HR executive, or other senior leader — who is in a position to discuss potential leadership opportunities with you. This may also include board members or advisory board members, when they are actively involved in executive hiring decisions or succession planning.

What You Must Do

To qualify for the guarantee, you must complete the program and take the following actions:

  1. Attend all coaching sessions (live or replay if rescheduled).
    2. Complete all modules in ECA Online, including all videos and worksheets.
    3. Take consistent action, including:
      – Updating your LinkedIn profile using the LinkedIn ECA Playbook, including headline, About section, Featured section, and visuals, as outlined in Modules 2.1–2.5.
      – Applying your personal branding strategy (from Modules 1–4).
      – Proactively reaching out to key decision-makers and headhunters (Modules 6–8).
      – Tracking actions using the ECA Action Tracker provided in the program.
    4. Engage in professional outreach as taught in Module 7:
      – Send tailored intro messages.
      – Follow up using professional, relevant follow-up messages.
      – Book at least 3 strategic conversations (coffee meetings, Zoom or Teams meetings, etc.) with decision-makers, recruiters, or board members involved in hiring.
    5. Use your CV, Executive Bio, and One-pager strategically when connecting with decision-makers — ensuring all three documents reflect a consistent positioning and value proposition, as outlined in Modules 3 and 6.

Timeline for Results

If you implement all of the above and still don’t receive a message from a headhunter, an interview invitation, or a career-related conversation with a relevant decision-maker or board member within 90 days of completing your final coaching session, you will be eligible for a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

Submit a written request within 90 days of your final coaching session. Include the following:
- Your completed ECA Action Tracker.
- Screenshots of your updated LinkedIn profile.
- Examples of outreach and follow-up messages (e.g. email screenshots, LinkedIn messages).
- Copies of the final versions of your CV, Executive Bio, and One-pager.
- A short summary (max. 500 words) of your efforts throughout the program.

Exclusions

This guarantee does not apply if:
- You miss coaching sessions without rescheduling.
- You fail to implement action steps during the program (e.g., saving all work until the end).
- You do not submit a completed ECA Action Tracker.
- You apply selectively and do not follow the outreach strategy as taught.
